To help us begin assisting you:
- Please send the log files (Help -> Generate Error Report) if you need assistance with Spectronon.
- Please connect your flight computer to the Resonon Ground Station and send the flight computer log files (Troubleshooting tab -> Offload flight computer logs) if you need assistance with an Airborne system.

Warranty/Repair, Policies, Terms and Conditions
Resonon's hyperspectral imaging cameras and systems are rugged built to last. They include a two-year warranty, see the terms and conditions below for details.
If your hyperspectral system is not performing to specifications, please contact your distributor, call +1.406.586.3356, or email us support@resonon.com.
We will generate a return authorization and provide you with the details on how to proceed. Once we receive your product, we will assess the problem, contact you with a quotation (if applicable), and then get your product repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.
